- Refund and Return Conditions
You can request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:
The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returned frames and sunglasses should include all accessories, manuals, and original receipts. - Refund Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and a detailed return address.
Ship Back: Ship the product to the specified address along with the Return Authorization number. Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. - Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method. - Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the product is of quality issue or wrong shipment. - Returns in Special Cases
Clearance Items: Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
Customized Products: Customized eyeglass frames and sunglasses cannot be returned or refunded. - Warranty Policy
